Eve Maughan is a mother of Trevor Eve, an actor who hails from London England. Eve has two brothers younger than her: Jack and George and was educated in both the United Kingdom and Los Angeles United States. She attended Bedales School and then took her A-levels at Westminster School in London. In the year between her studies, she attended to the Beverly Hills Playhouse. Later in the course, St Catherine's College Oxford offered English as a subject. While studying at Oxford the actress was an undergraduate in the productions An Ideal Husband Animal Crackers as well as The Colour of Justice. Eve was a part of TV dramas, including British Broadcasting Corporation's The Rotters Club Poirot and Hawking and the feature film Stage Beauty (2004). Eve was a key character in Starter for 10 (2006) and Big Nothing (2006) (both she and Simon Pegg had American accents). Her early 2006 was spent in India and working on a mini-series drama named Losing Gemma. This series is about backpackers. Eve participated involved in two plays directed by Trevor Nunn. Eve was a part of The Royal Court Theatre in 2006 in Rock n Roll, a Tom Stoppard play. In 2007, she reprised her role. She was nominated as the Best Supporting Actress at the Whatsonstage.com Theatregoers' Choice Awards for her performance. She was the lead actress in Roxane in the Chichester Festival Theatre. She was born into an ethnically diverse family with an Indo British father Anthony Mitra of British descent and an Indian maternal grandmother Nora Downey. English actor Guyan Mitra has an older sister and a younger one. Jason Mitra was her father. Her younger brother is an acclaimed travel journalist and his work has appeared in Lonely Planet and The Sunday Times.
